At Blooming Grove, we believe in reaching the lost and loving thy neighbor. We are involved in several community outreach programs that are local to Walker County and extend past our proud community. Volunteers are always needed and cherished. Help us spread the love of Jesus and get involved in some of the organizations below!
CELEBRATE RECOVERY
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-Centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with Hurts, Habits, and Hang-Ups of any kind. It is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that are controlling our life. Meetings are every Tuesday at Blooming Grove starting at 6:30pm.

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;
taking, as Jesus did,
this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it;
trusting that You will make all things right
if I surrender to Your will;
so that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with You forever in the next.

Kairos Prison Ministry
International
Kairos has more than 30,000 volunteers who serve in 500+ prisons and communities in 37 states and 9 foreign countries.
Kairos sprang from the Cursillo movement and is supported by volunteers from 4th Day ministries
such as Cursillo, Via de Cristo, Walk To Emmaus, and Tres Dias as well as volunteers from Christian churches. Kairos embraces a diverse group of
volunteers working together to fulfill Christ call to action in Matthew 25:36.
It has been said that Kairos is the one ministry where volunteers work together as the body of Christ and
set aside denominational differences to serve together and to embody the true meaning of church.

Welcome to HARTT, Founders Anthony Sellers and Tina Aaron has created HARTT from a Christ centered mission.
We are dedicated to promoting emotional well-being and providing essential support for individuals facing mental health challenges. Through counseling services, educational workshops, and community outreach initiatives, we aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and help individuals process trauma or other life challenges. Our compassionate team fosters a safe, inclusive environment where healing is possible.
